GENERAL QUESTIONS

Yes, and no. Because drinkware is a huge category and it covers a wide range of products.

Some products we produce entirely by ourselves, like some popular water bottles and tumblers. Some products we have to work together with other factories in order to fulfill clients’ unique requirements. And some products we order and customize from our suppliers. Like certain material cups, mugs, coolers and their accessories (straws, caps, straps, lids, sleeves, decorations etc. ) that could be from a completely different industry.

This is very common in modern supply chain. Actually, it is more efficient and cost-friendly.

Technically speaking, the answer is…yes. 

However, a more accurate answer is…it depends.  There are other important issues need to be considered instead of manufacturing challenge: patent violation, trademark infringement, structure safety, material test, environmental law etc. And of course the cost efficiency is another big issue need to be considered for some designs.

All you have to know, is that we are a B2B business and require MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity).

We understand your concern. And we believe trust is the most valuable asset in a successful business. But it is not easy to be gained.

Generally speaking, there could be no difference. A good chance the brand name that you have on mind has actually ordered or OEMed from one of our factories. 

As a matter of fact, some of our clients are very well known companies and brands that you must have heart of. Not only professional drinkware companies, but also companies from all businesses (luxury fashion, restaurant, hospital, resort, theme park, motorbike, bank, sport event, race, etc). You could be Wowed when hearing their names. 

Please keep in mind, not all of these big companies had chosen the highest quality we recommended. 

They are all manufactured in China, since it has the most efficient and complete supply chain for our products.

We are a US company registered in California. And we have our own manufacturing company registered in China for production management.

If it’s your first time and your are not familiar with drinkware products, we recommend that you read the article we’ve prepared for you, and take a look at this FAQ session. So you will have an idea of how it works. However, you are always more than welcome to contact us for assistance.

Yes, there is.

Our MOQ could be as low as 100 pcs(pieces) for limited choices.

For popular products (water bottles and tumblers), it starts at 500 pcs or 3,000 pcs.

Although it is really up to you and many clients decide to go straight to bulk orders, we do encourage new clients to order sample(s) first. 

The reason is simple, we want you to feel 100% satisfied and confident before investing more money in the products. Feel free to test and use it after you receive it. Once you are happy and ready, then we move on to the next step. 

There’s NO mold fee for the products with available molds.

Usually, the hot selling, trendy, popular, and classic water bottles and tumblers (both stainless steel and plastic)we have plenty of molds available. And you can still customize with your own logo and graphic design. 

However, when there’s no current mold available then there’s mold fee involved. Let’s say, you want a tumbler with a different shape from our existing tumblers, then we have to make a new mold in order to manufacture that tumbler (shape). Mold fee is usually between $2,800 to $10,000 based on the design. And it could be refundable for most cases. 

FYI, we will provide 3D mold design PDF for confirmation before mold making. If it is a plastic jug, we can even make a 3D printed 1:1 model.

This applies to all drinkware products and their accessories.

It’s on an individual basis.  But we have some numbers here to help you get a rough idea. 

Sample Order:

0 Days – for products in stock. Without any customization. 

3 Days – stock products with moderate customization. 

7 Days –  sample production with available molds (e.g., water bottles, tumblers).It can be fully customized.

15-30 Days – mass production (up to 30,000 pcs order size )with available molds. 

60 Days and up – mass production the requires mold making, or massive order size with available molds. 

 

SHIPPING

Anywhere that major shipping companies would normally deliver goods to. 

No, you don’t have to. We have strategic shipping agency partners that will cover everything for you. 

But if you do have preferred agencies, we are happy to forward the shipping service to them. Many of our professional buyer clients have their own shipping agencies and it worked out well. 

For many cases, our clients chose to leave the shipping to us even though they have their own agencies. The reason is simple, we have deals with many agencies and might get lower quote with even better service package. 

Still, we have to answer it separately. Here we set west coast (e.g., LA) as final destination.

For samples or small orders (small packages): 3-10 days. Usually we recommend air express. (e.g., FedEx, DHL)

For bulk order (by containers): 18 – 45 days. It depends on the freight service you chose.

No, unless you chose to.

We offer door-to-door delivery. You can just wait for your favorite water bottles and tumblers to be delivered to the address you provided. It can be your house, office, warehouse or Amazon FBA. 

If you are pro buyer, we accept other shipping terms too.( i.e., EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP. )

Not necessarily. We will handle all the paperwork if you chose door-to-door service. 

But if you chose other shipping terms, then you have to be responsible for the parts that our service doesn’t cover.
